    • CliQ: Payments can be made either upon placing the order or on delivery.
    • Cash on Delivery: Pay for your order when it is delivered.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders if payment is incomplete or invalid.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is only available within Jordan, and delivery takes 3-5 business days.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Trndy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
  • Once your order is shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

6. No Return or Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
  • If you have concerns about an item, contact us before placing your order for assistance.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom designs require a 50% deposit before production begins.
  • Once a custom design is approved, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
